How long will it take to process my return?

If you returned your order to one of our stores, the process begins immediately and will take between 3 and 5 business days to post to method of payment.
Return by Mail
Returns by mail take longer because of shipment time.
Refunds are processed within 10-14 business days after your package has been scanned by the return carrier. Once your refund has been processed, we’ll send you an automated email with all the pertinent details. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to be posted to your original* method of payment.
Exchanges are processed within 10-14 business days after your package has been scanned by the return carrier. If an exchange is processed, your account will reflect a refund for the returned items, and a charge for the exchange items we’ll be shipping out. Exchange items will ship via the same shipping method as your original order. If the item requested is no longer available, a refund will automatically be processed.
*All refunds are posted to the same method of payment used on your original order
