What is PacSun Rewards?
PacSun Rewards is a free program that allows you to earn points with every purchase and by completing activities you already do! For every 1,250 points you earn, you will receive a reward certificate valid for $5 off your next PacSun purchase in-store or online.
How do I sign up?
You can sign up here, on the PacSun mobile app, or in-store.
Why do you need my email address?
We will use your email address to notify you about your points, rewards, and personalized offers. We will also notify you of exclusive member offers and exclusives. You can change your communication preferences at any time by clicking the Manage Preferences link at the bottom of our emails. You may also opt-out of marketing emails by clicking the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of such emails.
When will I receive my $5 Welcome Reward?
Your welcome reward will be automatically loaded to your account within 24 hours of joining.
How do I create an online account if I signed up in store?
You can complete your online account set-up and profile information here. The name and email you use to set up your online account should match what you provided during enrollment in-store.
How do I update my profile information?
You can update your profile information by logging in to your PacSun Rewards account on PacSun.com or the PacSun mobile app and clicking on My Account.
How do I cancel my PacSun Rewards account?

How do I earn points?
You can earn points by shopping the brands you love, and completing activities you already do, like:
- Make a purchase: 10 points for every $1 spent.
- You will earn points for every $1 spent on PacSun merchandise after any discounts have been applied. Shipping, gift wrap, gift card purchases, tax and Styled by PacSun purchases do not qualify for points.
- Limit: none
- Complete your profile: 250 points
- Limit: one time only
- Log into your account on PacSun.com or the PacSun mobile app: 50 points
- Limit: once per week
- Read PacSun emails: 15 points per promotional email
- Email opens for points are valid beginning 24 hours after member joins PacSun Rewards.
- Limit: Once per promotional email
- Check in at a PacSun store: 50 points
- Limit: once per day
- Opt-in to receive app notifications: 100 points
- Limit: one time only
How do I earn points from making purchases?
For in-store purchases, provide the email address or phone number attached to your PacSun Rewards account at checkout, and credit for your purchase will be automatically added to your account. You can also log into the PacSun mobile app and present your PacSun Rewards virtual card to the cashier to scan.
For online purchases, log in to your PacSun Rewards account prior to completing your purchase.
Note: You will earn 10 points for every $1 you spent on PacSun merchandise, after any discounts have been applied. Shipping, gift wrap, gift card purchases and tax do not qualify for points.
I forgot to tell the cashier that I was a loyalty member. Can I still get my points?
Yes. Please contact Customer Service and have your PacSun Rewards account information and receipt ready.
How do I look up my points balance?
Simply log in to your PacSun Rewards account on PacSun.com or the PacSun mobile app. Your rewards dashboard will show you your points balance, rewards balance and account activity. Don’t have an online account yet? Create one here: https://www.pacsun.com/account
I earned points, but I don’t see them in my account. What should I do?
Points may take up to 24 hours to appear in your account. If after 24 hours, your points are still not showing in your account, please contact Customer Service.
Do points expire?
Points will expire 365 days from the last account activity (earning and/or redeeming points). That means that if you make at least one purchase every 365 days, your points will not expire.
Can I share my points or rewards with someone else?
Sorry, but points and rewards are non-transferrable.
Will I lose my points if I return items?
Yes. Points will be deducted from your account upon the receipt of your return.
Do I earn points when buying a gift card?
No. Points cannot be earned on the purchase of a gift card; however, points can be earned when the gift card is redeemed.
How do I get a $5 reward certificate when I reach 1,250 points?
You don’t need to do anything! Once you reach 1,250 points, the $5 reward will be automatically loaded to your account within 24 hours, and your point balance will return to 0. We will send you an email and/or app notification when the reward is ready for you to use.
I’ve earned 1,250 points; when will my reward be available?
Your $5 reward will be loaded to your account and available for you to use within 24 hours of reaching 1,250 points.
How will I know that I have a reward available?
We will send you an email and/or PacSun mobile app notification to let you know you have a reward available. Members who have opted out of communications from us may not receive these notifications.
Are there any restrictions on reward certificate redemption?
Reward certificates may be redeemed on any merchandise purchase equal to or greater than $5 before tax. They may not be used on tax, shipping, gift cards, Styled by PacSun purchases, or on past purchases. They may not be redeemed for cash. Reward certificates expire 45 days after issuance.

How do I redeem my $5 reward?
In-store: Simply tell the cashier you are a PacSun Rewards member at checkout and provide your email address, phone number, or mobile app virtual card so that they can look up your account. The cashier can apply your reward right at the register! No certificates to print or present.

Do I have to use the entire $5 reward on a single transaction?
Yes. Each reward certificate may only be used in a single purchase, even if the purchase costs less than $5. The unused balance of any reward will be forfeited. Reward certificates cannot be split amongst transactions, and there is no cash back.
Is there a limit on rewards that can be redeemed?
Yes. A maximum of $25 in rewards can be redeemed within a 30-day period.
What happens if I return an item that I used a reward certificate on?
Reward certificates are one-time use and will not be refunded in the case of returns.
