CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AGREEMENT:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, PacSun will be happy to offer a return or exchange on your merchandise as long as the items are in their original sellable condition (certain restrictions apply).
RETURNS WITH ORIGINAL RECEIPT:
- Returns accompanied by an original receipt within 30 days of purchase will be refunded based on the original form of payment.
- Returns made after 30 days or more from the date of purchase will be credited for the price paid for the item in the form of merchandise credit or merchandise exchange. Gift receipts and exchange receipts are not considered original receipts.
- Swimwear and undergarments may only be returned with the original tags attached. Pierced jewelry (earrings) may not be returned or exchanged.
- PacSun reserves the right to deny any return or exchange.
RETURNS WITHOUT AN ORIGINAL RECEIPT:
- Items that are considered markdowns at the time of exchange will not be accepted for return or exchange without an original receipt.
- Non-markdown items returned without an original receipt will either be exchanged for merchandise or credited in the form of a merchandise credit equal to the lowest selling price of the item over the previous 30-day period.
- You may be asked to produce a valid form of identification with the following information when making a return without a receipt:
- First and Last Name
- Address (City, State, and Zip Code)
- Telephone Number
PROMOTIONAL ITEM REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:
- If you are requesting a partial return of a bundle deal (i.e. you return only one item from a buy one, get one free deal), you will be refunded or credited for the prorated purchase price of the item, as communicated on your original receipt.
- We offer a one-time price match for any item on PacSun.com within 10 days of purchase with an original receipt.
- The item you are price matching must be currently available on PacSun.com in the same style, size, and color – we do not price match ‘similar’ or ‘practically the same’ items.
- Gift cards are not redeemable in cash except as required by state law.
- Gift cards cannot be used as a credit or debit card.
- Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
- To replace a lost, stolen, or damaged gift card, as long as you have the original purchase receipt of 19-digit Gift Card number, please call 1.877.372.2786
