What is Styled by PacSun?
A subscription package of our best brands and exclusive styles delivered straight to your door
How does the membership work?
Once you’ve signed up and provided your sizing, package preference, and billing information, we’ll ship you your first Styled by PacSun package. From here, we’ll auto bill and ship you your next order on the same date every three months. Women’s membership details are coming soon!
How much does the membership cost?
The price of each men’s package varies (see below). Women’s pricing is coming soon!
- The Whole Package - $200 quarterly
- The Must Have Package - $100 quarterly
- The Go-To Package - $60 quarterly
Can I use a promotion code towards my package total?
Unfortunately, promotion codes are not valid towards any Styled by PacSun package total at this time.
How many items will I receive in my package?
Contents vary per package (see below) and will change every quarter according to the season. Number of women’s contents coming soon!
- The Whole Package includes 5-7 items.
- The Must Have Package includes 4-5 items
- The Go-To Package includes 3-4 items.
Can I choose the items in my package?
No, you cannot choose the items in your men’s Styled by PacSun subscription at this time. You will, however, have the option to choose your items for our women’s Styled by PacSun subscription. Details coming soon
Is there a minimum membership commitment?
No, you are welcome to pause or cancel your Styled by PacSun account at any time. See How to pause or cancel my account? below.
CHANGES TO YOUR ACCOUNT
How do I upgrade or change my package?
Simply log into your account, click the Subscription tab, and click Manage Plan under Current Plan. Once the pop-up box appears, highlight the package of your choice and click Select Plan. Please note that it may take up to 30 days for your upgrade or change to go into effect.
How do I pause or cancel my account?
Simply log into your account, click the Subscription tab, and click Pause Plan or Cancel Plan. Once the pop-up box appears, confirm your decision by clicking Pause Plan or Cancel Plan once more. Please note that it may take up to 30 days for your pause or cancel to go into effect. For more information, see our Subscription Terms.
What sizes do you offer?
At this time, we only offer sizes S-XL for our men’s subscription. Sizing for women’s packages are coming soon!
How do I update my sizing information?
Simply log into your account, click the Subscription tab, and click Edit Size Profile under Size Profile. Please note that it may take up to 30 days for your update to go into effect.
When will I receive my package?
Once you’ve placed your initial order, you’ll receive your package in 7 business days or less. From here, we’ll auto-bill and ship you your next order on the same date every three months.
Is shipping free?
Yes, standard shipping is free for all Styled by PacSun customers.
Where do you ship?
We ship to all of the United States, including Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
Can I exchange or return an item(s) in my package for a full refund?
Styled by PacSun only allows exchanges, either for other items or merchandise credit; we do not accept returns for refunds for any Styled by PacSun package items. The amount of credit will be issued in proportion to the price of the entire Styled by PacSun shipment, and will be listed in your order confirmation email. This supersedes all other PacSun return policies.
How do I exchange or return an item(s) in my package?
